In compliance with the CSSF regulation N° 16-07 of 26 October 2016 on out-of-court complaints, 1945 Fund Services S.A. has adopted a Complaints Handling Policy to address any matters raised by clients, customers or third-party business partners.

All complaints shall be provided in written form by mail or email.

    Obligations steps

    In addition to the CSSF regulation N° 16-07 of 26 October 2016, 1945 Fund Services S.A. has adopted the requirements outlined in Circular CSSF 17/671 (as amended by Circular CSSF 18/698) with the following obligations:

    Step1
    Deposit
    • Each complaint shall be handled and within a reasonable time, in view of the nature of the problem raised in the best interest of the Complainants. No complaint shall remain unanswered by the Company;
    Step 2
    Acknowledgement
    • A written acknowledgement of receipt shall be provided to the Complainant within a period which shall not exceed 10 business days after receipt of the complaint unless the answer itself is provided to the Complainant within this period;
    Step 3
    Period
    • Provide an answer without undue delay and in any case within a period which cannot exceed one month between the date of receipt of the complaint and the date at which the answer to the Complainant was sent; 
    Step 4
    Current folder
    • The Complainant will be informed of the name and contact information of the person in charge of his / her file; 
    Step 5
    Further procedure
    • Where no satisfactory agreement is reached, an alternative dispute resolution is available with reference to CSSF Regulation N° 16-07 of 26 October 2016, Section 1. Such requests must be filed with the CSSF within one year after the initial complaint was filed by the Complainant with 1945 Fund Services S.A.

    1945 Fund Services S.A. is a company incorporated as a Specialised Professional of the Financial Sector (“PFS”) under the financial sector law of 5 April 1993, which is
    licensed to carry out central administration, domiciliation and corporate services for alternative Funds and
    corporate entities (regulated and non-regulated).
