All complaints shall be provided in written form by mail or email.
Obligations steps
In addition to the CSSF regulation N° 16-07 of 26 October 2016, 1945 Fund Services S.A. has adopted the requirements outlined in Circular CSSF 17/671 (as amended by Circular CSSF 18/698) with the following obligations:
Each complaint shall be handled and within a reasonable time, in view of the nature of the problem raised in the best interest of the Complainants. No complaint shall remain unanswered by the Company;

Acknowledgement
A written acknowledgement of receipt shall be provided to the Complainant within a period which shall not exceed 10 business days after receipt of the complaint unless the answer itself is provided to the Complainant within this period;

Period
Provide an answer without undue delay and in any case within a period which cannot exceed one month between the date of receipt of the complaint and the date at which the answer to the Complainant was sent;

The Complainant will be informed of the name and contact information of the person in charge of his / her file;

Further procedure
Where no satisfactory agreement is reached, an alternative dispute resolution is available with reference to CSSF Regulation N° 16-07 of 26 October 2016, Section 1. Such requests must be filed with the CSSF within one year after the initial complaint was filed by the Complainant with 1945 Fund Services S.A.
